    To change any excursion , please send us a message via WhatsApp +201112590785 to be sent 48 hours before the date of the planned activity.

    Refund:
    For any cancellation of one or more excursions , please send us a message via WhatsApp at +201112590785
    For any refund request:

    • 48 hours before the scheduled date. we will refund you 100%
    • 24 hours before the scheduled date we will refund you 50%
    • Less than 24 hours before or if you do not show up for the trip no refund .

    Other information:
    Private excursions has private cancellation policy and it’s will be known in private message before you pay .
    After booking any excursion by plane”, no modification or refund will be possible whatever the reason.
